Artichoke Dip

This was gone in about 10 min when I served it at a party, so if you are going to a large gathering, double the batch.

1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
1 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
2 T melted butter
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Paprika to top

Spread cream cheese onto the bottom of a oven safe 9-inch pie plate
Mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon evenly over cream cheese, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Paprika (optional)
Bake at 350* for about 10-15 min, or until cheese is warm.
Serve with Tricuts or Tortilla Chips

I have made this dip before and everyone really like it, I doubled the recipe however because it seems small for a gathering of people. I will be making this again for sure!
